Canceling Your Membership
9EPICO memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
When you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to the benefits included with your membership until that billing period ends.
Future Charges
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. To avoid being charged for another billing period, your membership must be canceled before your next scheduled renewal charge.
Canceling a membership does not automatically provide a refund for charges that have already been processed. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Access After Cancellation
After your current paid billing period ends, your membership benefits and access to members-only content, livestreams, communities, events, and other membership features may end.
If you later choose to rejoin, you may purchase a new membership at the pricing and terms available at that time.
How to Cancel
Members can cancel their subscription through the available subscription or billing management options provided with their account.

Merchandise
Order Cancellations
9EPICO merchandise is made to order. Our fulfillment process may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that a merchandise order can be canceled or changed after it has been submitted.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will determine whether the order can still be stopped or modified before fulfillment begins.
Orders Already in Fulfillment
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order, change the product, size or color, or change certain order details.
If an order cannot be canceled, our Refund Policy will apply to any subsequent refund, replacement, return, or merchandise claim.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers should review their shipping information carefully before placing an order. If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
Canceled Orders and Refunds
If an eligible merchandise order is successfully canceled before fulfillment and payment has already been collected, any approved refund will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
